Led by Gerald Flurry, a Philadelphia Church of God (PCG) is one of a major churches to form in the wake up of the Worldwide Church of God's major doctrinal revisions of the 1980s & Nineties. A PCG claims to become a merely break-fissiparous church that is truly as punishment in the footsteps of Herbert W. Armstrong, the founder of the Worldwide Church of God.
